These terms govern the use of lipozbliss.com and any LipoBliss order placed through it. Using the site means accepting them.

1. Who you are dealing with

This portal is operated by Fox Harbor Nutrition, Inc., registered in Wisconsin under Wisconsin DFI entity ID F0-2148-3305, with offices at 318 West College Avenue, Suite 5, Appleton, WI 54911. The company distributes LipoBliss in the United States and is the party you contract with when an order is placed here.

2. Eligibility

Orders may be placed by adults of eighteen or over with a delivery address in the United States. Orders to addresses outside the United States are not accepted through this portal.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in United States dollars and include no hidden charges. Shipping, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is confirmed. Prices and package structures can change without notice, and the price that applies to an order is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.

4. Acceptance of an order

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the confirmation email is sent. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where an address cannot be served, where a pricing error is obvious, or where a pattern of repeated refunds suggests the guarantee is being misused. Payment taken on a declined order is returned in full.

5. Product information

Ingredient, dosage and testing information published here reflects the LipoBliss manufacturer label and the release documentation for the current production cycle. Labels and formulations can be revised by the manufacturer; the printed label supplied with the product is the authoritative version for the bottle in your hand.

6. Health claims and your own judgement

Content on this site is educational. Nothing here is medical advice, no statement here has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and no product sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Anyone who is pregnant or nursing, under eighteen, managing a diagnosed condition or taking prescription medication should speak to a clinician before starting any supplement.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and code on this site belong to the operator or its licensors. Copying pages wholesale, republishing the text or presenting this portal as your own is not permitted. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and needs no permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or use it to impersonate the operator. Automated systems reading the pages for indexing or question answering are welcome, and the machine readable factsheet at /llms.txt exists for exactly that purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the use of this site or a product bought through it is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Third party links

Some pages link to public health sources and to the manufacturer. Those sites are not controlled by us and we are not responsible for their content, though we check that the links resolve when a page is reviewed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, without affecting any right a consumer has to bring proceedings where they live.
