Delivery, tracking and returns

Orders placed before the afternoon cut off leave the same working day and almost always arrive inside a week. Here is the detail, including what happens when a parcel goes missing.

Shipping cost
The six bottle package ships free inside the United States. Two and three bottle orders have shipping calculated from your postcode at checkout, and the figure is shown before you confirm the payment. There are no handling fees added afterwards and no customs charges, since every parcel ships domestically.
Tracking your parcel
The tracking email arrives as soon as the carrier scans the label, which is usually the evening of dispatch. If twenty four hours pass with no scan, the parcel is normally sitting in a carrier queue rather than lost; if forty eight hours pass, write to [email protected] and we will chase it.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel marked delivered but missing. Check with neighbours and the building desk first, then tell us. We open a carrier trace and reship if it does not turn up.
- Damaged in transit. Photograph the box and the bottles. We replace or refund without asking for the parcel back.
- Wrong address entered. Tell us within an hour and we can usually catch it before the label prints.
- Refused or unclaimed. The parcel comes back to us and we refund the product total once it lands.
Returns
Returns run through the 60 day guarantee rather than through a separate returns process. Write to the desk, get the return address and the reference, send the bottles back with any carrier you like. Full detail is on the guarantee page and the formal terms are in the refund policy.
Every parcel leaving here contains LipoBliss bottles from lot 26LB-0844, sealed, with the tamper band intact. If yours arrives otherwise, do not use it and tell us the same day.
