Privacy notice
Short version: this site collects almost nothing by itself, the checkout partner collects what a LipoBliss order needs, and nobody here sells any of it.
Who is responsible
Fox Harbor Nutrition, Inc., 318 West College Avenue, Suite 5, Appleton, WI 54911, operates lipozbliss.com, distributes LipoBliss in the United States and is responsible for the personal data described below. Questions about this notice go to [email protected].
What this website collects
The pages you are reading are static files. They carry no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third party tracker. The web server keeps standard access logs containing an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser string, which are used for security and capacity work and discarded after thirty days.
What the checkout collects
Placing an order hands you to an encrypted checkout operated by our payment partner. That partner collects the name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and payment details required to take a payment and dispatch a parcel. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on this website or seen by the support desk.
What support collects
If you write to the desk we keep the message, your email address and any order number you quote, so that the next person to read the thread has the history. Support correspondence is kept for two years and then deleted.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. A single browser session flag is used to remember that you dismissed the offer bar, and it is cleared when you close the tab. The checkout partner sets its own functional cookies, which are described in its own notice.
Who the data is shared with
- The payment processor, in order to take payment
- The fulfilment and carrier partners, in order to deliver the parcel
- A professional adviser or a public authority, where the law requires it
Personal data is never sold, rented or handed to advertisers. There is no marketing list you are added to silently; the only email you receive after an order is the confirmation, the tracking notice and any reply from the desk.
How long data is kept
Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Support threads are kept for two years. Server logs are kept for thirty days. Nothing is kept indefinitely.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of anything not covered by a legal retention rule. Write to [email protected] and allow up to thirty days. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes have those rights regardless of this notice, and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises them.
Children
Nothing here is directed at anyone under eighteen and no product on this portal is intended for them. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Support systems require two factor authentication. No system is perfect, and anyone who receives an unexpected message asking for card details in the name of LipoBliss or this portal should forward it to [email protected] rather than reply to it.
Changes
Material changes to this notice are dated at the foot of the page and, where they affect existing orders, notified by email. This version dates from August 2026.
